Prepare for Your Meeting
To make the most of the consultation, we recommend that you come prepared with:
- A brief pitch deck or presentation introducing yourself, and your innovative idea or research project.
- Any relevant technical or business documentation that supports your concept or demonstrates its market potential.

Next Steps
If there’s mutual interest after the meeting, you’ll be invited to sign a confidentiality agreement (NDA) with Inspiralia. Once the NDA is signed:
- You’ll have one week to submit all relevant materials.
- In the following week, our expert team will conduct a personalized assessment and identify the best-fit federal agency and funding opportunity for your project.
- Within two weeks from your Virtual Desk Hours session, you’ll receive a Validation Report along with an offer to support you through the entire application process.
