Free Consultancy and Funding Opportunity Assessment
At Inspiralia, we offer a complimentary Funding Opportunity Assessment (FOA) to help you determine your project’s eligibility and potential for public funding, specifically through the SBIR program.
Our assessment is designed to evaluate whether your current stage of development and R&D objectives align well with SBIR requirements. If your project shows strong potential, we will recommend investing resources and partnering with us to navigate the SBIR application process together. Our Senior Project Financing Consultant will provide you with explicit feedback completely free of charge.
Once we identify a suitable funding opportunity, we get to work right away. Your project will be handled by two dedicated teams: the writing team and the admin team.
The writing team consists of a scientific writer, who focuses exclusively on your project, and a senior innovation consultant, who oversees the project and serves as your main point of contact. Together, they will manage the bulk of the work, seeking your feedback to “fill in the gaps” as needed.
The admin team at Inspiralia will handle your company’s registration with SAM.gov and ensure that your application is submitted by the selected deadline.
At every stage that an application is successful, we provide comprehensive administrative management services to ensure the funds are collected efficiently and the project runs smoothly. We collaborate closely with our clients for the entire duration of the contract. Here are the services we offer:
